Please Note:

A. All shareholders of Park city 3&4, Inc. who wish to re-sale or sub-let their apartments are subject to the following policies:

* For holders of unsold shares, Managing Agent's approval is required.

* For all other shareholders, Board of Directors / Admissions Committee approval is required.

B. For a purchaser, the combined monthly maintenance and mortgage payment shall not exceed 30% of the applicant's monthly adjusted income. For a sub-let, the monthly rent shall not exceed 25% of the applicant's monthly net income. If it does, then a guarantor for a sub-let applicant must be found who will also submit an application and an additional fee of $100.00 for credit check. A shareholder cannot be a guarantor.

C. Number of people that can occupy an apartment shall not exceed the following: No more than two (2) people can occupy a studio (or an efficiency) apartment, no more than three (3) people can occupy a one-bedroom apartment, no more than five (5) people can occupy a two-bedroom apartment; no more than six (6) people can occupy a three-bedroom apartment.

D. A shareholder who wish to resale or sublet his or her apartment must sign the attached Application Form. See Attachment A (2). A shareholder is eligible to sublet his apartment for two years. However, a shareholder cannot sublet his apartment for more than three (3) years in every five (5). A shareholder cannot resale or sublet his apartment without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors.
